Haruka's main design has been around, in some form or another, for 5 years. So it was time for a refresh! Haruka 2.0 (even though just based on this section, she's more like... 8.0 or something) loses elements that'd grown to frustrate me (such as the giant ribbon) and even backports some things from Chiaki (such as the giant Klonoa-esque collar). I even experimented with giving Haruka a hime-cut! It's cute but... maybe not for Haruka. Maybe.
